Ordering on Line
Ordering ‘on line’ at any time 7 days a week, using our secure payment facilities, couldn’t be easier; simply choose your preferred product, follow the ‘on screen’ instructions and we will usually despatch all items within 24 hours.

Ordering by Telephone
Should you have any difficulty in placing an order ‘on line’, please feel free to call us on 01295 257422 with your credit or debit card information, together with your order details. Our customer service office hours are Monday to Thursday (9.00 hrs - 17.00 hrs) and Friday (9.00 hrs - 16.00 hrs).

Returns Policy – UK Orders
If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, return it to us with its original packaging within 10 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Full freepost return details will be despatched with all UK orders.

Returns Policy – Non UK Orders
All orders received from outside the UK can be exchanged or refunded provided goods are returned at customers own cost and in good order. An additional delivery charge will be applied when replacement goods are requested.

All prices quoted INCLUDE current rates of Value Added Tax.
